Each licensee shall file an annual report with the commissioner by March thirty-first for the previous year of money transmission or check-selling operations. The report shall contain: (1) A complete disclosure of all business activity which it conducted during the previous year in this state. (2) A financial statement certified by an owner, principal, director, or officer of the licensee. (3) A list of each location in this state at which money was transmitted or checks were sold by the licensee and its agents during the preceding calendar year.
