A. A licensee may conduct his business at one or more locations within this state, as follows: (1) The business may be conducted through or by means of such agents and subagents as the licensee may from time to time designate or appoint. (2) No license under this Chapter shall be required of any agent or subagent of a licensee. B. No licensee shall be required to obtain more than one license under this Chapter regardless of the number of locations within the state at which money is transmitted or checks are sold.
