A. The provisions of Chapter 10 of Title 23 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, pertaining to worker's compensation, shall not apply to and there is specifically excluded from the operation thereof, any auxiliary enforcement agent commissioned pursuant to the provisions of this Subpart. B. An auxiliary agent shall provide evidence of insurance coverage for personal health and accident insurance. The department shall provide comprehensive general liability insurance, including personal injury coverage for third parties.
