Licenses; fraudulent acquisition; penalty

A. The issuance of a license is conditional upon the accuracy of all information submitted by the applicant on the application or license carrier. If the department finds any material misstatement of fact regarding the residency of the person to whom the license was issued, the license shall be voided and immediately surrendered to an agent of the department. B. Any person, business, or corporation issuing or seeking to obtain a license shall comply with the licensing provisions of Subsection A hereof. C. Any violation of this Section shall constitute a class three violation.
