A. The commission shall establish rules regarding the times and days for the recreational and commercial taking of crabs in Sabine Lake during the inland shrimp season and may also designate the places in the lake in which crab traps or other legal gear for the taking of crabs may be used. B. Violation of any rule or regulation adopted and promulgated by the commission in accordance with the provisions of Subsection A of this Section constitutes a class 2-B violation.
