A. No person shall use any trammel net, gill net, or seine for the taking of fish, within one-half mile of the shoreline of Grand Island, commonly known as Half Moon Island, in Lake Borgne, or within one-half mile of the shoreline of Grassy Island, in Lake Borgne. B. Violation of any of the provisions of this Section constitutes a class two violation.
