A. Class seven shall be divided into 7-A and 7-B violations. (1) The following penalties shall be imposed for a class 7-A violation: For each offense, the fine shall be not less than five thousand dollars nor more than seven thousand five hundred dollars or imprisonment for one year, or both. (2) The following penalties shall be imposed for a class 7-B violation: For each offense, the fine shall be not less than five thousand dollars nor more than seven thousand five hundred dollars and imprisonment for one year. B. The penalties provided for in this Section shall include the forfeiture to the commission of anything seized in connection with the violation.
