Crawfish harvesters; crawfish traps

A. Crawfish harvesters shall be subject to the jurisdiction and rules and regulations of the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries and the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission. B. Crawfish may be taken by properly licensed individuals with approved crawfish traps. The openings of the flues or throats on crawfish traps shall not exceed two inches. C. The secretary may promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the provisions of this Section.
