Residence of alligator hunters, fur buyers and dealers

A. Only such persons who are bona fide residents, as defined in R.S. 56:8, may apply for a resident alligator hunters license. B. Only such persons who are bona fide residents, as defined in R.S. 56:8, may apply for resident fur buyer or dealer licenses. C. Violation of this Section constitutes a class two violation.
