Creation of the Louisiana Byways Commission; jurisdiction; purpose

A. The Louisiana Byways Commission is hereby created. The jurisdiction of the commission shall be comprised of all territory within the state of Louisiana. B. The purpose of the commission is to preserve, enhance, and promote special roads within the Louisiana Byways Program that offer historical, cultural, scenic, natural, archeological, recreation, and economic resources for the state.
