The Louisiana Outdoors Forever Program, fund, project selection board, and technical advisory board shall be subject to all applicable laws concerning public meetings and public records, including the Open Meetings Law, the Public Records Law, and the Ethics Code. In addition, the meetings of each board shall be open to the public, broadcast via the internet when possible, and allow time for public comment. Meeting minutes shall be made available to the public. Information about the members of each board shall also be readily available to the public. Acts 2022, No. 714, §2, eff. June 18, 2022. NOTE: Pursuant to R.S. 56:1936, the Louisiana Outdoors Forever Program terminates July 1, 2033.
