Historic and scenic rivers

A. The provisions of this Part shall be applicable to those historic and scenic rivers designated below and full consideration shall be given to the detrimental effect of any proposed action upon the historic and scenic character thereof, as well as the benefits of the proposed use. B. The following are designated as historic and scenic rivers: (1) Bayou St. John within the boundaries of Orleans Parish. (2) Bayou Manchac - From the Amite River to the Mississippi River.
