Louisiana Code § RS 56:18

Trespass on or injury to structures or areas used for scientific experiments

A. No person shall willfully enter in or upon any building or other structure or any area of land or water set apart and used by or under the authority of the director for conducting scientific experiments and distribution of fish, birds, or game after the director has printed notices of such occupation and use and the purposes thereof, and has placed them in a conspicuous position adjacent to any such areas or upon any such structure. B. No person shall willfully and maliciously injure or deface any such structure or any notice posted by the director, or injure or destroy any property used in such experiments or investigation or otherwise interfere therewith.
