A. No person shall use the direct molding process to duplicate for the purpose of sale any manufactured vessel hull or component part of a vessel hull made by another without the written permission of that other person. B. No person shall knowingly sell a vessel hull or component part of a vessel hull duplicated in violation of Subsection A of this Section. C. The provisions of this Section shall apply only to vessel hulls or component parts of vessel hulls duplicated using a mold made on or after the effective date of this Subpart.
