A. The consumer protection section of the Department of Justice shall administer the provisions of this Part and shall have the authority to promulgate and adopt, pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, such rules and regulations as may be necessary for such administration. B. All documents submitted to the consumer protection section pursuant to this Part shall be subject to the Public Records Act.
