The provisions of this Part shall not apply to or otherwise affect the following: (1) A sale conducted pursuant to an order or process of a court of competent jurisdiction. (2) A sale conducted by a sheriff, constable, a public or court officer, or other person who sells goods in the course of his official duties while acting under the license, direction, or authority of a state or federal court.
