Additional goods not to be added during the sale

A. No person carrying on or conducting a fire, bankruptcy, or fiduciary sale under the license required by R.S. 51:33 shall, during the continuance of the sale, add any goods to the stock of goods described and inventoried in his original application, and no goods shall be sold at or during the sale, except the goods described and inventoried in such original application. B. Each and every addition of goods to the stock of goods described and inventoried in the application, and each sale of the goods not inventoried and described in the application shall constitute a separate offense under this Part.
