A. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to affect the Port Construction and Development Priority Program, R.S. 34:3451 et seq. B. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to affect the Airport Construction and Development Priority Program, R.S. 2:801 et seq.
