Violations; penalties

A. Violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter shall constitute an unfair practice under R.S. 51:1405(A). B. Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both, for each such violation.
