Unfair or deceptive trade practices or acts; stolen or misappropriated computer software; violations

A. It shall be unlawful for a person to develop or manufacture a product, or to develop or supply a service using stolen or misappropriated property, including but not limited to computer software that does not have the necessary copyright licenses, where that product or service is sold or offered for sale in competition with those doing business in this state. B. Any violation of this Section shall be an unfair method of competition and unfair practice or act and shall subject the violator to any and all actions and penalties provided for in this Chapter. For the purpose of this Section, a violation shall occur each time such a product or service is sold or offered for sale.
