No person shall conspire in restraint of trade or commerce by agreeing, combining, or conspiring with any other person to fix a definite price for dealing in, buying, or selling products of the soil such as fruits, nuts, or vegetables, for the purpose of controlling the market or to present legitimate competition. Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars, or imprisoned with or without hard labor for not more than three years, or both.
