A. The Crescent City Connection division, within the Department of Transportation and Development, may establish high occupancy toll lanes on the Crescent City Connection as provided in this Section. B. The high occupancy toll lanes shall give a reduced toll or free passage to buses, and to carpool vehicles with three or more occupants in accordance with rules and regulations to be adopted by the Crescent City Connection division of the Department of Transportation and Development.
