A. Electronic wagering may be conducted only to the extent that it is conducted in accordance with this Subtitle and in accordance with the rules promulgated by the corporation. B. The corporation may accept wagers made electronically using a sports wagering mechanism located on the premises of a permitted retail establishment or through a website or mobile application.
