A. There is hereby established within the department a recovery audit contractor program. The program shall adhere to the requirements provided in this Subpart. B. The department shall promulgate all rules in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act and shall submit all Medicaid state plan amendments as are necessary to implement the provisions of this Subpart.
