CHAPTER 44-A. OFFICE OF THE STATE

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT COORDINATOR §2591. Creation; personnel The office of the state Americans with Disabilities Act coordinator is hereby created as a state agency within the office of the governor, division of administration. The office shall exercise the powers and duties set forth in this Chapter and otherwise provided by law. The office shall be administered by an executive director who shall have the title of, and is referred to hereafter in this Chapter as, state ADA coordinator. The state ADA coordinator shall be in the classified state civil service and shall employ staff as necessary to carry out the duties of the office.
