A. The commission shall elect one of its members chairman and one vice chairman. B. At least five regular meetings shall be held annually. Special meetings may be held at such times and places as shall be specified by call of the chairman. C. Meetings shall be open to the public. The commission shall have the right to discuss items in a confidential executive session.
