A. The commission shall elect one of its members chairman and one vice chairman. The chairman of the Acadia-St. Landry Hospital Service District shall vote only in the event of a tie vote. B. All meetings of the commission shall be held at the domicile of the district established by the police jury. At least three regular meetings shall be held annually. Special meetings may be held at such times and places as shall be specified, by call of the chairman or the police jury.
