A. Subject to the provisions of Subsection B, when a local government is offering or providing a covered service, any immunity from antitrust law afforded to political subdivisions of the state does not apply to the local government's actions associated with the provision of those services. B. A local government that provides a covered service is subject to applicable antitrust liabilities, if any, only to the extent permitted under the federal Local Government Antitrust Act of 1984, 15 USC 34-36.
