Unlawful to reveal or make use of contents of message; penalty

No official or employee of a telegraph company shall reveal, make use of, or make public any message. Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than one thousand dollars, and for any subsequent offense, may also be imprisoned for not more than three months.
