Louisiana Code § RS 45:715

Violation of law; law inapplicable during strikes

Whoever violates R.S. 45:711 through 45:714 shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. The provisions of R.S. 45:711 through 45:714 shall not apply during strikes.
