Except as provided in Title 48 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, the provisions of this Chapter supersede any inconsistent provisions of state law, including but not limited to the following: (1) R.S. 9:1253. (2) R.S. 33:4361, 4401, and 4405. (3) R.S. 38:2869, 3087.37, 3087.57, 3087.97, 3087.117, 3087.227, and 3087.265. (4) R.S. 45:781(B).
