The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to a nonprofit entity operating a hospital in a building or facility owned by Hospital Service District Number Two of Beauregard Parish. Acts 2013, No. 411, §1. NOTE: See Acts 2013, No. 411, §2 relative to applicability.
