A. The deed of the parish treasurer shall be full and complete evidence of the sale, shall convey a good and valid title to the property sold and shall have all the force and effect of a notarial act. B. All monies or notes received under and by virtue of the sale shall be disposed of by the parish treasurer in the manner now required by law.
