Publication of rules, orders, notices; effective date

A. Whenever publication of any notice, order, rule, or regulation is required under this Subpart, it shall be made at least three times in ten days in newspapers of general circulation in three different sections of the state. B. Within the limits specified in this Section, these notices, orders, rules, and regulations shall become effective on the date fixed by the department.
