A. It is unlawful for any person to package any product and label the product as honey or to use the word honey in any prominent location on the label of such product or to sell or offer for sale any product which is labeled as honey or which contains a label with the word honey prominently displayed thereon, unless such product is pure honey manufactured by honeybees. B. Any person violating the provisions of this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars and each such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
