Housing counseling assistance may be provided through private nonprofit organizations certified through the Louisiana Housing Corporation. Acts 2007, No. 383, §1, eff. July 10, 2007; Acts 2011, No. 408, §5(B), eff. July 5, 2011. NOTE: Pursuant to Acts 2007, No. 383, §3, the provisions of this Section ceased to be effective on July 1, 2010.
