A. Subject to the provisions of any contract with the holders of its bonds, the corporation shall establish a system of accounts. B. The legislative auditor shall prepare an annual audit of the accounts and operations of the corporation. C. The corporation shall submit to the governor and to both houses of the legislature an annual report on the operations of the corporation. It also shall submit to them a copy of the report of every audit of the books and accounts of the corporation, within sixty days from the receipt thereof by the corporation.
