A. The licensure and regulation requirements set forth pursuant to this Chapter shall apply generally to any pharmacy benefit manager regardless of plan or benefit financing. B. Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to require coverage of any specific drug in any health plan, but shall apply once a drug is covered or included on a health plan formulary.
