Commission membership; executive committee; quorum

A. The membership of the commission shall consist of the coroner, sheriff, and district attorney of each member parish, or their designated deputies or assistants, who shall serve during their elective terms of office, together with the president of Nicholls State University or his designee. B. The daily affairs and operations of the commission and laboratory shall be managed by an executive committee to be established by the commission, which shall consist of not less than five commission members. C. A simple majority of the commission shall constitute a quorum.
