A. The department, through its duly authorized agents, shall investigate all complaints against any adult brain injury facility as defined in this Part. The department may take such action as is authorized by R.S. 40:2120.38 through 2120.40. B. The department shall receive, record, and dispose of complaints in accordance with R.S. 40:2009.13 et seq.
