State agency for carrying out federal programs on alcoholism

A. The state Department of Health shall be the sole agency in the state of Louisiana for carrying out the purposes of any federal law dealing with the treatment of alcoholism. B. The state Department of Health is hereby authorized to participate in any programs established by federal law for the treatment of alcoholism.
