A. The Liquefied Petroleum Gas Commission shall formulate, adopt, and promulgate rules and regulations for retail stations for the safe storage, handling, and use of liquefied petroleum gases used as motor fuels. B. The rules and regulations shall be in substantial conformity with the applicable provisions of the published standards of the National Fire Protection Association, covering the storage, handling, and use of liquefied petroleum gases used as motor fuels.
