A. Each state agency and political subdivision having jurisdiction over buildings where government services are provided to the public shall provide for equal access to such services by persons with physical disabilities. A consumer of such government services who has a visible disability, and the person who is providing assistance to him in securing such services, shall be entitled to priority treatment when such services involve waiting periods. B. The state agency or political subdivision shall provide for regulations to implement the requirements of R.S. 40:1748(A). Such regulations shall further provide for the reasonable enforcement of these provisions.
