Louisiana Code § RS 40:1300.13

Application of Part; exceptions

The provisions of this Part shall apply to all groups, associations or organizations, except meetings and assemblies of the members of bona fide labor organizations when said meetings are held in furtherance of any legitimate collective bargaining activity, business activity, or political activity of such labor organizations, regardless of race, creed, color, disability, as defined in R.S. 51:2232, or political beliefs of its members; however, nothing contained herein shall apply to mass meetings held in permanent structures dedicated to the purpose of accommodating the type of gathering in question.
