As used in this Part, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) "Federal poverty guidelines" means the most recent poverty guidelines as published in the Federal Register by the United States Department of Health and Human Services. (2) "Income" means income from whatever source derived. (3) "Office of elderly affairs" and "office" mean the office of elderly affairs within the office of the governor. (4) "Programs" mean either the Louisiana Senior Rx Program or the Aging and Disability Information Station Program established in this Part.
