A. The office of the president shall annually publish a comprehensive report based on available information on the incidence of cancer in Louisiana and the progress made in reducing or eliminating the high cancer rates in Louisiana. B. The office of the president shall cause the report to be submitted by March thirty-first of each year to the governor, the speaker of the House of Representatives, the president of the Senate, the House and Senate committees on health and welfare, and the governing body of each parish in the state of Louisiana. C. Repealed by Acts 2022, No. 252, §3.
