A. Any qualified professional who provides services in accordance with the provisions of this Subpart without the permission of one or both of the child's parents shall be presumed to be acting in good faith. B. Any qualified professional found to be acting in good faith and in compliance with the provisions of this Subpart, and absent willful and wanton misconduct, shall be immune from any liability, civil or criminal, that might otherwise be incurred or imposed as a result of action taken pursuant to this Subpart.
