Arabian horses

A. All race tracks in Louisiana shall be allowed to schedule races of Arabian horses in accordance with the rules and regulations adopted by the Louisiana State Racing Commission. B. The Arabian Horse Association of Louisiana is hereby recognized as the representative breeder's association for Arabian horses. C. The rules and regulations adopted by the racing commission under the provisions of this Section shall provide that the winners of the races authorized by this Section shall not participate in the purse supplements, stallion awards, and breeder's awards for other breeds of horses.
