A. The commissioner of administration shall notify each budget unit as to the nature and amount of appropriations contained in the General Appropriation Act or other acts for such unit, including the sources of funding supporting such appropriations, no later than two weeks after the effective date of such act. B. Additionally, the commissioner may review and approve the initial allocation of expenditures for each appropriation for a fiscal year.
