A. The functions of the division of administration shall comprise all administrative functions of the state in relation to the duties outlined in law, except as otherwise expressly provided. B. The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to the judiciary of the state, except the office of the Attorney General to which they shall apply, nor to the legislature. C. The division of administration shall exercise such other duties and functions germane to its primary functions as may be prescribed by law or as directed by the governor by executive order.
